Sales Executive Key Accounts for a Rapidly Growing Organization

Do you enjoy hunting for new business? Do you love closing the sale? If so, this is the position for you!

Fast paced, growing organization is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the current account base, generate new leads, and close new sales in an exciting territory.

Your mission is to handle all stages of the sales process including:
1. Lead generation through networking and word of mouth
2. The initial communication
3. The property walk
4. Generation of the presentation
5. Delivery of final presentation

What will you do?
New Business Development:
• Generate Face to Face leads including cold calls, warm calls, and phone lead generation
• Travel to assigned regional locations for additional sales
• Schedule, plan, and execute meetings
• Handle property walks and assessments
• Close business – Goal based compensation plan
Sustain Business:
• Enter data into CRM system
• Follow up with clients and prospects
• Be involved in multi-level selling (Gatekeeper to Decision Maker)
• Engage in ongoing/scheduled client service calls to ensure quality control of account base
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead and sales goals
Industry Representation:
• Communicate with Police and other Law Enforcement on an ongoing basis
• Attend industry specific special events including Apartment Association events and membership
• Interpret and delegate client concerns and issues to the proper departments and bring these to resolution
Interaction and External Cooperation:
• Collaborate with interdepartmental service and the management team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Participate in ongoing sales and skills training

What do you need to work here?
• 3-5 years B2B sales experience
• Multifamily Housing Industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or related applicable experience
• Understanding of technical procedures and information preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Proven sales record with the ability to close based on trust, information, and honest business practices
